Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website located at youngsvilleconcrete.com (the "Site"), or by engaging Youngsville Concrete ("we," "us," or "our") for any concrete contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or engage our services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access the Site or request services.
Youngsville Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Youngsville, LA and the surrounding area. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, slabs, retaining walls, pool decks, steps, garage floors, decorative concrete, concrete cutting, and related concrete work. All services are subject to a written project agreement or contract signed by both parties prior to the start of any work.
Written estimates are provided free of charge following an on-site assessment. All estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of the site visit and on the project scope as described by the client. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted in writing.
Final pricing is established in the written project agreement. If unforeseen site conditions arise during the project - such as buried debris, unstable subsoil, or utility conflicts not identified during the initial assessment - we will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that would result in additional charges. No additional charges will be applied without written client authorization.
Project start dates are confirmed in writing once a signed contract and any required deposit are received. Scheduled dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, supply delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible of any scheduling changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us in writing at least 5 business days before the confirmed start date. Cancellations made with less than 5 business days notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid to cover mobilization and material ordering costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule work due to weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the finished concrete. Concrete should not be poured in extreme heat, rain, or when freezing temperatures are forecast within 24 hours of the pour. We will work with you to reschedule as quickly as possible.
Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement. In general, a deposit is required to reserve your project start date, with the remaining balance due upon satisfactory completion of the work. The specific deposit amount and payment schedule will be stated in your contract.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project agreement. Payment is due on the date stated in the agreement. Invoices not paid within 10 days of the due date may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per year) on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by Louisiana law, whichever is lower.
If collection action becomes necessary, the client agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs and attorney fees incurred in recovering the outstanding balance.
To allow us to complete your project safely and correctly, you agree to:
We stand behind our work and will correct defects in workmanship identified within the warranty period specified in your written project agreement. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be stated explicitly in your contract.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by: improper use or loading beyond the specified design capacity; damage from tree roots, acts of nature, or flooding; settling due to soil conditions not identified during the site assessment; damage caused by third parties after project completion; or failure to follow recommended maintenance and sealing instructions provided at project completion.
Except as stated in the written project agreement, all services are provided "as is" without additional warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Youngsville Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or from any error, delay, or interruption in service - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a project shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that specific project. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including breach of contract, negligence, and any other legal theory.

If a dispute arises between you and Youngsville Concrete related to services rendered or these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication. Contact us at team@youngsvilleconcrete.com to initiate that process.
If direct resolution is not possible, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Youngsville, Louisiana, before a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration under Section 10 shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Louisiana.
